Qantab is a small fishing village on the outskirts of Muscat. It is still a popular tourist location and famous for hiking. The beach runs pretty long along the coast, but there are locations that are not very easy to reach but give amazing views.
The song I choose to dance this time was ‘MAYILAAY PARANNU VAA – A Malayalam romantic song’ that means come to me dancing like a peacock my love. We choose this location as we felt a soothing beach would resonate well with the song but at the same time, I wanted it to be a bit different to my earlier beach location. The uniqueness of this location was that the rock formation that gave a completely different perspective from a normal beach.
It has small rocks and pebbles and not being a sand beach, honestly wasn’t as pleasant as the location to dance on! 😀 We went there for shoot early summer and hence even as early as 5.00.a.m. it was almost daytime, and the sun was pretty bright and sunny which made a good video shooting spot.
If I would have chosen to go there on a high tide day, I wouldn’t have been able to dance at all as the rocks get covered completely and the water level raises really hight almost touching the mountain tops. So, if you wish to enjoy the location of the beach, do check the tide before setting the course.
So, sit back enjoy my dance and the location! ?
